How Our Service Works

A transparent 4-step process designed for convenient handover, responsible cleaning, and reliable return of your garments.

1

Step 1 — Choose Your Service

Review your garment care label requirements and select the appropriate service model.

Choose between standard Wash & Fold for everyday cottons and linens, Dry Cleaning for formal wools, suits, and silk, or specialized delicate care. If you are unsure which option fits best, our team is happy to assist you upon handover.

Helpful Selection Tip

Check garment tags: "Machine Wash Cold" items go to Wash & Fold; "Dry Clean Only" items require solvent care.

2

Step 2 — Prepare Your Items

Gather your clothing items and complete a quick pre-handover check.

Place your items into laundry bags or hampers. Be sure to check all pockets for coins, receipts, or lip balms. Separate dry cleaning pieces or stained items so you can point them out during drop-off or handover.

Pocket Checklist

Always check pants, jackets, and hoodie pockets. Removing items prevents accidental washing damage.

3

Step 3 — Care & Cleaning

Your garments undergo professional sorting and dedicated cleaning cycles.

Our technicians separate items by shade, fabric weight, and water temperature preferences. Garments are cleaned using balanced detergents or dry cleaning solvents, tumble dried at safe heat levels, or air-dried according to care requirements.

Quality Control Check

Garments are inspected after drying for proper folding or crisp hanger pressing before final packing.

4

Step 4 — Collection or Return

Receive your fresh, clean clothing folded neatly or hung on protective hangers.

Once cleaning and finishing are complete, your order is bundled securely for collection at our drop-off location or return according to established service options.

Ready for Your Closet

All items are packaged cleanly so you can transfer them directly into your wardrobe or linen drawers.

Important Service Availability Note

Please note: Turnaround times, pickup and delivery availability, and minimum order requirements depend on the business's actual service area, location schedule, and current order volume. Please contact our front desk to confirm specific turnaround options for your neighborhood.
