1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all customers, drop-off visitors, and website users. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please consult our staff before placing an order.
2. Service Scope
Keldraven provides professional laundry (wash & fold), dry cleaning, delicate fabric handling, and linen care. Turnaround times, rates, and pickup/delivery options are provided as estimates based on normal operating conditions and may vary depending on facility volume.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for preparing garments prior to handover:
- Pocket Check: Customers must check all pockets and remove money, receipts, jewelry, lip balms, pens, or sharp objects. Keldraven is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.
- Stain Notification: Customers should inform staff about existing stains or fabric vulnerabilities at handover.
- Sorting Delicates: Dry-clean-only garments must be separated from regular wash & fold items upon handover.
4. Garment Care & Manufacturer Labels
We clean items following standard manufacturer care label instructions. If a garment lacks a care label or contains contradictory care symbols, Keldraven will clean the item using standard methods suited to the apparent fabric type after reasonable inspection.
5. Unclaimed Garments
Cleaned garments that remain unclaimed for more than 60 days following order completion will be subject to storage notices. Items left unclaimed after 90 days may be handled according to local unclaimed property regulations or donated to charitable organizations.
6. Limitations of Liability
While we exercise professional care, fabric aging, prior wear, weak seams, and sun exposure can affect cleaning outcomes. Keldraven is not liable for inherent manufacturer flaws, color bleeding resulting from improper factory dye setting, or normal wear and tear.
